The Keysight Support Portal serves a global base of engineers managing instruments, software licenses, and service requests. Registration is the first step into this ecosystem and it wasn’t working.
As the sole designer, I led the end-to-end redesign of the registration experience from identifying friction points to shipping a new, scalable flow now live in production.
